Discussion of reabsorption of LaNi₅ for H₂S Removal: A Study on Reversible Chemisorption
Details
Mr. Shuto Kiyama and Ms. Mayu Hamazaki et al. were awarded the prize for their research on the topic of "Discussion of reabsorption of LaNi₅ for H₂S Removal: A Study on Reversible Chemisorption”. This study proposes a composite system involving the primary recovery of H₂S using iron-based mine waste and the secondary recovery using LaNi₅, a metal alloy, and demonstrates the possibility of reusing LaNi₅ as a sorbent for the secondary system involving the primary recovery of H₂S using iron-based mine waste and the secondary recovery using LaNi₅, a metal alloy, and demonstrates the possibility of reusing LaNi₅ as a sorbent for the secondary recovery. Through our experimental test, we confirmed the potential for reusing LaNi₅, including the capability of purification in the secondary process. Additionally, we presented findings on the adsorption behavior and the potential factors influencing it. These contributions were highly evaluated in this meeting, and he received the honorable award.
Congratulations!
